Cambridgeshire Home Energy Support Service (CHESS) will help as many people as possible who are on low incomes and are struggling with their energy costs.  CHESS Plus will provide advice and support on reducing energy bills and maintaining a warm home. CHESS is also able to provide financial debt relief to those who need it most. See Organisations for more details
