                     Members of the Public are allowed to speak on any item on the

300123/04     Minutes of the Meeting held on 28th November to be agreed as

                     a true record

300123/05     Renewal of grass cutting contract

300123/06     Update on Future CIL Payments 2023

                     Gosling Cottages:

                     Next installment £3,754.04 to be paid to the Parish in April 2023.

                     Final installment £7,508.08 to be paid to the Parish October 2023.

                     Land to the West of Thatched Cottage

                     Final installment    £1,652.10 to to be paid to the Parish October 2023

300123/07     Village Hall Committee – Hire Charges:

                     The Village Hall Committee have confirmed that they are increasing

                      hire charges as a result of  significant higher costs.

                     The cost of hiring the hall for Parish Meetings will increase from

                     £25.00 to £30.00 per meeting from March 1st 2023.

                     and outbuildings and the creation of 4 no. dwellings and 1 no.

                     replacement dwelling with 2 no. crossovers, shared surface

                     access road and associated works.
