Kirtling & Upend Parish Council are keen to continue to engage with you and understand how you feel about the parish, community and environment today. Parish Councillors meet on the last Monday of each month from 7pm at the Village Hall and residents are always very welcome
Furthermore, we would warmly welcome new members to join the Parish Council to ensure we fully represent all our parishioners and influence our deliverables and outcomes
