Members of the public are allowed to speak on any item

as a true record.

270223/06 Elections – Completed Nomination forms to be given to
the Clerk on 27th March 2023 PC meeting
270223/07 Matters Arising:
Highways Update – Cllr M Campbell
The buffer zone had been approved by CCC Highways.
Costings for work relating to the buffer zone had not been
received yet from CCC contractor Milestone – two other
Approved contractors had been contacted.
Costs for dealing with the application would be
approximately £250.00 with up to £1,000 for advertising.

270223/13 Councillors Forum:
Cllr A Sharp (ECDC/CCC) informed the meeting that
Community Tax for CCC had increased by 4.99% –
No increases by ECDC – this had been held at the same
level for 10 years.
Cllr A Sharp has spoken against the closure of Mill Lane
Cambridge. A protest rally and marches had been held.
It was noted that there had been some operational problems
with the refuse service.

In principal Members supported the application but with
some concerns that the height of the proposed wind turbine
should not impact the environment.
