The Parish Council has secured a few thousand free mixed Daffodils and Tulip bulbs for residents of Kirtling and Upend to plant in their front borders and verges. They’re in sacks beside the clothing bin at the village hall so, help yourself before they are all gone and, we all look forward to a colourful spring
