Hi Parish,<\/p>\n

On Monday 3rd July the Residents Group hosted a Neighbourhood Watch talk at the Village Hall. We had a talk from Sue Loaker, the Crime Reduction Officer at the Cambridge Constabulary, who talked with us on steps that can be taken to reduce the chances of being a victim of crime at home and also about the 'Community Eyes and Ears' project. We then had a talk from Kevin Evans about Neighbourhood Watch and how it can help improve a community and even reduce household insurance premiums! At the end of the meeting we took the opportunity to hear the views of those who attended on the planning application (17\/00986\/FUL) for 7 houses on the land near Charing Cross. The application can be accessed from :<\/p>\n
